About Me
Francesco Cataldi
Hi my name is Francesco Cataldi, I am 17 years old and I am currently attending Chaminade College School. I plan on attending York University next year and will be majoring in communications through their business and society program. I will be taking courses such as macroeconomics, microeconomics, sociology, and many other courses throughout my time next year. I am currently working at a grocery store called Cataldi Fresh Market. What motivates me to pursue in Business is my family, as well as the courses I have participated in throughout high school. I have had experience in working with people, and also have worked with kids at a summer camp as a camp counselor which has given me lots of experience in communication skills.

2012-2015
I took place in shot-put at three tournaments from grade 6-8. I got to experience what it was like to compete for the first time, and got to have fun at the same time.
Elementary School Basketball Team
2013-2015
I participated in two major tournaments while on he basketball team, and I was team captain of the team during my last year in elementary. This experience has given my a sense of what it takes to be a good leader as well as how to control and organize others.
St. Fidelis summer camp
2015-2018
Throughout my time at the camp I have been given the opportunity to have a chance working with kids. This has allowed me to gain lots of experience in leading and communicating with others. I've been volunteering my time there throughout my time in high school, and has given me a lot of help with managing others and has given me a bit of all the traits that a successful leade has.
Specialized High Skills Major (SHSM)
2017-2019
As of grade 11, I have been participating in SHSM which could be considered as an academic club since it is aside from my school schedule. We went on trips, had meetings, and worked on multiple projects. This gave me the chance to learn what its like to work with others and gain the confidence to share my ideas with other people.

I was very fortunate enough to make honour role for the first time in grade 11, and will continue to do so throughout the rest of high school. In order to achieve this award, you must have an average of 80% or higher throughout both semesters of a school year.

2019
Although the school year is not over, I've been notified that i will be graduating high school, and will be receiving this certificate. This demonstrates all that i have done throughout high school, and my efforts in achieving success in all my courses.

Since grade 11, I decided to join SHSM which is a academic program that allows you to experience some of the activities that take place in a certain field of education. I've learned and experienced a lot during my time in SHSM, and has helped me see what a career in business could look like.
